How am I billed?
Pro and Desk are billed annually in USD via Stripe. Your card statement shows ALGORHYTHMIQ.COM. Enterprise plans are invoiced under a custom agreement.
Is SMS consent required to subscribe?
No. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can subscribe to dashboard-only access and enable SMS alerts later by replying START from your phone.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Contact support to upgrade from Pro to Desk mid-cycle, or talk to sales about moving to Enterprise.
What counts as a watched ticker or sector?
Any ticker symbol or sector you save to your watchlist in the Signal Engine counts toward your plan's watch limit. Alerts fire on the names you watch.
